There have been some changes to the dismissal
locations for some grades and classes.
Please look at the new locations in the printable version below.

Dismissal for 2015-2016

If you drive your child/children to school in the morning,

I encourage you to use our “Stop, Drop and Go” procedure.

If you choose to use “Stop Drop and Go”,

it is imperative that you follow the

following SAFETY procedures listed below:

No Parking on Page Avenue in front of the school.

Academy Avenue is CLOSED between
7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. to ALL traffic.

Pull up to the Parent Volunteer School Safety Guards and they

will let the children out of the car.

PLEASE stay in your car.

Please do not cut in the drop-off line.

Please do NOT double park to let your child out of the car.

This is a major safety hazard for your child.

Once your child has exited the car, please drive off.

Our security guard is standing at the door watching the children enter the building.

If you would like to watch your child enter the school building,

please find a safe parking spot and walk them to the door.

Please make sure you cross at the street at the corners where the crossing guards are.
Its is not safe to cross in the middle of Page Avenue.

Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.

After surveying students about their likes and interests, several ebooks were ordered.
There are electronic books about sports, science, social studies, social media and a variety of other topics.
This was a way of incorporating technology into their day-to-day educational experience.
